Longsight sparring

Good sparring for Jack Clarke, Hamza, Jamie and Callum down at Longsight boxing club in preparation for the home show next Friday. Callum practicing his inside work, Jamie injured his right arm so just used his left arm and Hamza sparred some 88kg massive guy. Massive Thanks for the awesome hospitality.
