Good sparring for Ben Ridings with Lerrone Richards and Nial Fielding who sparred Hopey Price. It was also good for Ed Harrison coming off his loss to Isaac Lowe to meet a potential opponent of Isaac's Jordan Gill. Kieran and Ed set off for Spain tomorrow morning for Brain Rose's come back fight.
